National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2014, have approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 1.10 per share (22% on face value of Rs. 5 each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 1288.62 crores for the financial year 2013-14. The payment of interim dividend shall be made on March 25, 2014.
