National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and for recommendation of final dividend, if any for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed from April 07, 2016 till May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
