National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2016, have approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 1.25 per share (25% on face value of Rs. 5/- each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 1288.62 crores for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or before April 06, 2016.
