National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, have recommended for payment of final dividend @ Rs. 0.40 per share (8% on face value of Rs. 5 each) on the equity share capital in addition to interim dividend of Rs. 1.10 per share (22% on face value of Rs. 5 each) already paid during March, 2014 on equity share capital subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting.
