The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 02.03.2017 have approved payment of interim dividend @Rs 2.80 per share (56% on Face value of Rs.5 each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 966.46 crores for the financial year 2016-17. The payment of interim dividend shall be made on 23.03.2017 to all eligible shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Record Date i.e. 10.03.2017.
