With reference to earlier announcement dated January 14, 2015 wherein the Company has informed that National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement on January 14, 2015 for setting up new Ammonia and Urea Plants of 2200 MT per day and 3850 MT per day capacity respectively at the existing site of Ramagundam Fertilizer Plant in Distt. Karim Nagar in Telangana, National Fertilizers Ltd has now informed BSE that as envisaged in the above referred Joint Venture Agreement, a Joint Venture Company titled as "Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited" has been incorporated on February 17, 2015 with Registered Office at Scope Complex, Core-Ill, 7 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110 003. National Fertilizers Limited, Engineers India Limited and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited are promoters of the Joint Venture Company.
