National Oxygen Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider & approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation 2015 (as amended time to time) the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from January 28, 2017 and shall open 48 hours after said unaudited financial results will become public (both days inclusive).
