National Peroxide Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2017, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, and<BR><BR>2. To recommend to the Members of the Company for payment of Dividend, if any, on the Companys Equity Share Capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, remains closed from May 03, 2017 till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results are made public.
