Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Saturday, 13th May, 2017, inter-alia has considered and approved the following: 1. Appointment of Mr. Harsh Parekh as the Additional Director of the Company with effect from 1st June, 2017 who shall hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. 2. Appointment and remuneration of Mr. Harsh Parekh as a Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from 1st June, 2017, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
