We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28th November, 2017 has inter alia approved Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Board noted, inter alia, while considering the aforesaid results that Net profit for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 increased by 195% & 57% in comparison to same quarter and half year of the previous year respectively.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 along with Limited Review Report.
