Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that CRISIL assigned ratings on the Bank Loan Facilities of the Company aggregating to Rs. 880 crores for the current year. CRISIL, while assigning ratings, reaffirmed CRISIL A+ rating to long term facilities and revised outlook from stable to negative, taking into view the Ferro Alloy and Sugar industry. However, rating to short term facilities is reaffirmed at CRISIL A1.
