| Navin Fluorine International Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2015 inter-alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the Directors and designated employees from July 07, 2015 to July 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
