Further in reference to the earlier Letter no NBCC/BS(98)/2017 dated March 24, 2017, the Board will consider the declaration of Interim Dividend through circular resolution and the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend will be March 30, 2017, if declared by the Board of Directors. Rest of the agenda items will be considered in the Board Meeting proposed on March 29, 2017. Further, the NBCC has applied to SEBI for granting exemption under Regulation 29 (2), 42(2) and 42(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This is for your information and record.
