NCC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Dr. A. S. Durga Prasad as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. May 24, 2016.<BR><BR>He is not related to any member of the Board.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointment of Sri A V N Raju, Wholetime Director of the Company for 5 years w.e.f. May 30, 2016 subject to the approved of the members of the Company.
