NCC Ltd has informed BSE that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 10, 2015 have approved the appointment of Sri S Ravi, Sr.Advocate, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the state of Andhra Pradesh as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company. Further, Sri Hemant M Nerurkar, Non Executive & Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Company.
