| Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company shall stand closed from February 01, 2016 i.e. 7 days prior to the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the period ended on December 31, 2015 and shall remain closed upto February 10, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the said results are become generally available. | |
