| Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Aryan Goyal has resigned as Director, as well as Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. November 12, 2014.<br/><br/>However, the Board has decided to retain him as an employee of the company at his present remuneration. The approval of his remuneration under Section 188 of Companies Act, 2013 and clause 49 of the Listing Agreement will proposed to member by way of special Resolution.<br/><br/>The Extra Ordinary General Meeting to pass the proposed resolution will be held on December 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at registered office of the Company. | |
