Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on December 14, 2016 to consider and approve, inter alia amongst items, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct as per Regulation 9 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window of the Company shall stand closed from December 07, 2016 to December 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
