Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, <BR>have recommended the 10% Final Dividend i.e. Re. 0.10/- per equity share to the members of the Company, out of profits of the company for the financial year 2014-2015, subject to the approval of the members in their Annual General Meeting.
