| Neogem India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 02, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following :<br/><br/>1 . To approve the draft notice for convening the 22nd Annual General Meeting and to fix up the day, date, time and venue for the same.<br/><br/>2. To approve the draft Directors' Report alongwith annexure thereto and Corporate Governance report.<br/><br/>3. To consider the closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book.<br/><br/>4. To increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequently alter the Memorandum and Articles of Association.<br/><br/>5. To increase the remuneration payable to Mr. Gaurav Doshi as the Managing Director of the Company.<br/><br/>6. To increase the remuneration payable to Mr. Ronak Doshi as the Whole-time Director of the Company.<br/><br/>7. To consider issue of Equity Warrants to the promoters and independent investors on preferential basis. | |
