Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve only) per equity share for the year 2016 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.
