Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors on December 04, 2015 may consider declaration of second interim dividend for the year 2015, if any.<BR><BR>The second interim dividend for 2015, if any declared, would be paid on and from December 23, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 28, 2015 to December 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
