Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, has appointed Mr. Suresh Narayanan as the Chairman of the Company in addition to his responsibility as the Managing Director of the Company.<BR><BR>Mr. Suresh Narayanan has extensive and senior management experience, both in India as well as International markets. He was Chairman and CEO of Nestle Philippines before taking charge as the Managing Director of the Company effective August 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. Antonio Helio Waszyk retired as the Chairman of the Company effective October 01, 2015.
