Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2014 to April 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 10, 2014.<br/><br/>The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting shall be paid on and from April 22, 2014.
