| Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- Appointment of Mr. Suresh Narayanan as the Managing Director w.e.f. August 01, 2015<BR><BR>The Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 29, 2015 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr., Suresh Narayanan as Managing Director of the Company effective from August 01, 2015, subject to approvals.<BR><BR>- Seek consent of Members by means of Postal Ballot on the proposal of the Appointment of Mr. Suresh Narayanan as Managing Director<BR><BR>The Board of Directors decided to seek consent of Members of the Company for the proposal of Appointment of Mr., Suresh Narayanan as the Managing Director for a period of five years effective from August 01, 2015, by means of Postal Ballot. The calendar of events for the postal ballot process shall be sent in due course. The Board of Directors has also appointed Mr. Abhinav Khosla, Chartered Accountant, to act as the scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. | |
