Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that September 16, 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the second interim dividend for the year 2014, if any.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that the second interim dividend for 2014, if any declared, would be paid on and from September 26, 2014.
