Net 4 India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, has considered and took on record the following matters:<br/><br/>- Recommendation for Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors<br/><br/>The Board of Directors of the Company has, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, also recommended for the re-appointment of M/s. Sandy and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 at such remuneration as may be mutually agreed upon at a later date.
