| Netvista Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the board of directors of the Company schedule to be held February 14, 2017 inter-alia to transect the following matters:<BR><BR>1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To Consider and approve the Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). | |
