In terms of the Regulation 37(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi has approved the Scheme of Reduction of the Share Capital of the company thereby reducing the paid up value of each Equity Share of the company from Rs. 10 per share to Rs. 2 per share, vide its order reserved as on 23.03.2017 and issued as on 11/04/2017.
