Next Mediaworks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2014, have allotted 38,00,000 (Thirty Eight Lacs) and 27,00,000 (Twenty Seven Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each of the Company to Ferari Investment and Trading Company Private Limited and Meridian Holding and Leasing Company Private Limited respectively at par, by way of preferential allotment, in pursuance of the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 08, 2014, provisions of Section 42 and 62 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 14 of Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
