| Nextgen Animation Mediaa Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 04, 2014 has decided to change the Financial year of the Company from July - June to April - March pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 (41) of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the current financial year of the Company shall be extended up to March 31, 2015 covering a period of 21 months commencing from June 01, 2013.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the shall publish its Audited Financial Result for a period of 21 months i.e. from July 01, 2013 to March 31, 2015. | |
