Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules,2014, the Company has fixed August 22, 2014 as the cut-off date to offer e-voting facility to its Members in respect of the business to be transacted at the 58th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 24, 2014. The Company would be availing e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
