NHC Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to take on the records the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
