| NHC Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, to take on the records the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from February 04, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016 to consider and approve inter alia the Unaudited quarterly financial result for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>All the designated persons already advised to not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period. | |
