NHC Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 16, 2015, <BR>to consider and approve conversion of 0% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) issued pursuant to scheme of amalgamation duly sanctioned by High Court of Bombay vide their Order dated August 13, 2010 into Equity shares.
