NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Comptroller and Auditor General of INDIA(CandAG) in exercise of its power under Section-139(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 vide their Letter dated July 24, 2014 has appointed the following four firms of Chartered Accountants as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
