NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 13, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company will provide its members the facility to exercise their vote at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the notice. The e-voting will commence from 10:00 AM (IST) on September 20, 2014 and will end at 06:00 PM (IST) on September 22, 2014.
