| NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2015 to September 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2015.<BR><BR>The final dividend for the financial year 2014-15 on the equity shares of the Company shall be payable on or after September 29, 2015, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Company will provide its members the facility to exercise their vote at the aforesaid annual general meeting by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the notice. The e-voting will commence from 09:00 AM (IST) on September 19, 2015 and will end at 05:00 PM (IST) on September 22, 2015. During this period, the members of the Company as on the cut-off date, i.e. September 16, 2015, may cast their vote by electronic means. | |
