NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that issue of NHPC 'T' Series Bond amounting to Rs. 1475 Crs through Private Placement at a coupon rate of 8.50% opened on July 14, 2015 and has been fully subscribed. These Bonds are issued with a maturity period of 15 Years with 3 years moratorium period and redeemable in 12 equal installments starting from the end of 4th Year.
