NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its 383rd Meeting held on May 14, 2015 has considered and approved the new Insider Trading Code as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the approved insider trading code is enclosed herewith.
