Please refer to our earlier letter dated 30th October, 2017, it is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 09, 2017 (commenced at 10:00 A.M and concluded at 12: 40 P.M) has considered and approved the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017. A copy of the approved unaudited financial results along with limited review report is enclosed herewith for information and necessary action please. <BR> <BR> Further, certificates in accordance to 52(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 will be submitted in due course.<BR> <BR>
