Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>At this meeting the Board may also consider the recommendation for declaration of Final Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the internal code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by its Directors & designated employees shall remain closed from closing of business hours on May 10, 2016 until the closing of business hours on May 20, 2016 on account of declaration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results of the Company.
