Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the Government of West Bengal, Department of Tourism has vide its notification dated February 09, 2017 nominated Mr. C. Murugan, IAS, Managing Director, West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Ltd as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Mr. Rajat Kumar Basu, IAS, Director & Ex-Officio Commissioner, Tourism Department, Government of West Bengal.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, Government of West Bengal, Department of Tourism has vide its notification dated February 09, 2017 nominated Mr. Surendra Gupta, IAS, Managing Director, West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited in place of Mr. Arnab Roy, IAS, Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal as the second Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
