Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the internal code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by its Directors & designated employees shall remain closed from the close of business hours on January 31, 2017 until the close of business hours on February 13, 2017 on account of declaration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results of the Company.
