Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of 15% (Re. 0.15 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Re. 1/- face value) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016. The Company is expecting to pay the Final Dividend to the shareholders within September 09, 2016.
