Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 4th November, 2017 to 16th November, 2017 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on 14th November, 2017 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September, 2017.
