NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following: <BR><BR>1. Reconstitution of various Committees of the Board.<BR><BR>2. Recorganization of the Authorized Share Capital of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Mr. Rahul K. Patwardhan has taken charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2015.
