NIIT Ltd has informed BSE about the Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi granting its sanction to the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 between NIIT Limited, Evolv Services Limited, Scantech Evaluation Services Limited, NIIT Online Learning Limited and Hole-In-The-Wall Education Limited.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that the said order has been filed with the concerned Registrar of Companies on May 23, 2015 and accordingly the scheme has become effective from that date.
