NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2016 has adopted the revised NIIT Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the said revised code of conduct is uploaded on the website of the Company and enclosed herewith.<BR><BR>The said code of conduct shall be effective from January 20, 2016.
