NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2015 has decided that the last dates for exercise of the third vesting of the stock options granted under Grant#5 and Grant#6 of the NIIT Employee Stock Option Plan 2005 (ESOP -2005) be October 25, 2017 and January 22, 2018 respectively.<BR><BR>
